David began his real estate career in New York City in 2002. Later, he moved to his hometown of Waco, Texas. While in Texas, he appeared on the Magnolia show “Fixer Upper” (the most eligible bachelor episode) and started a successful hospitality company Waco Tours. He married his wife Rachel in 2017, and they moved back to her home state of Alabama.
