By chance, I met David at an open house and appreciated his courtesy and professionalism. As a result, I decided to seek out his services and he assisted me in the following months as I eventually and successfully settled on an investment property.

He was patient and never pushy, provided market advice that I had never considered (he was right and I accepted it), is responsive and easily accessible day and night, and passionately pursued and followed up on items the seller's agent dropped the ball on. David streamlined the whole settlement process for me, and also advised me of my exit options should I choose to consider them.

Needless to say, I have been extremely happy and impressed with his services, and plan on reaching out to him for my future real estate needs, both personal and on the investment side.

David tirelessly worked with us for 8 months when we were looking for exactly the right property. We were looking to move from our planned development in Sterling where we had lived for 26 years to somewhere where we could have some acreage for our horses and beehives and a nice country feel. We looked at many, many houses and properties and David would be asked to research every property for everything from taxes, local ordinances regarding livestock and land use, conservation easements, zoning, what plans were in play for building, local health care services, amenities such as restaurants, etc. It was exhausting and we really put him through the ringer but we found our dream house and have been here for 3 fantastic years! He was always available for any questions we might have and suggestions for things we hadn't even thought of. David made our experience so much better than we expected. Highly recommend him and his lovely wife Natalia for any real estate needs!

We had a great experience with David and Natalia Rotan. They make a great husband and wife team. They went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home. David is really professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! He understands all of the different areas in Northern Virginia. He made buying our first house a super fun experience. He would always point out the things that we might like or dislike about a house based on what we were looking for. All throughout the day we were in constant communication with David and Natalia about properties and asking different questions. When we would go and visit a property David was always prepared and knew everything from the floor to the roof and never left a question unanswered! He was always on time and readily available and eager to help us. David was always more than willing to work around our schedule to find us the perfect home. We are grateful to the kind and genuine professional! We would and will recommend David and Natalia to anyone looking for an agent. Rest assure, they will not disappoint.
