Professionalism at its highest level. Honesty and class that I didn't know even still existed. A heart of gold as big as he is tall. You are missing out if you work with anyone else.

I cannot say enough about Dave and his team of professionals. He not only met my expectations as a realtor but has gone above and beyond. Truth be told, I did not expect realtors to take the time and meet every need I had. He literally kept me informed for over a year on the market and the property values. He has a team that literally handles everything, from recommendations to repairs and he has an awesome lender.

All I had to do is meet him and he already had a list of homes in my category. If I can give this professional six stars I would with no hesitations.

I strongly recommend to give this realtor and his team a go! This is my third and final home and I can tell you that this man knows his stuff. Oh and he is like a teddy bear! Nicest guy in the world.

So I called Dave on like a monday, never meet Dave before and I told him I was looking for a house. I never bought a house before I had 0 experience and I told Dave my next day off was literally the next day and I figured Dave would need time to look around and find some places that matched everything I wanted and he would need time to talk to the sellers but Dave somehow made it work and lined up 6 showings the next day! In one day!! But we didnt even have to look at all 6 because Dave found the perfect home for me with exactly what I needed on the 3rd house we looked at! Crazy. But the best part about Dave was the during the whole process of buying the home Dave was always available to call or text and he even found me a different lender so that I could get a huge savings on my closing cost. Not only does he know the entire SAV market and surrounding communities of existing homes, he knows many of the new construction builders as well, and can hook you up with the best ones .
