Dana and Jessica were wonderful agents that worked seemlessly and diligently together to help us buy our first home. We love our home (moved in Sept 2021) and would truly not be here without their help and guidance through the daunting process as a first time buyer. They took as much time as we needed to help us make decisions about offers and then again once we were in closing negotiations. When Dana couldn’t make our inspection David (CEO/founder) came in his place to make sure we were well taken care of and everything was smooth, that showed me that Kindred values their clients above all else. We worked with Anthony Montroy of Kindred Realty to sell our property and with Dana Pistilli to find a new property to purchase. Our property sold quickly thanks to the staging and marketing savvy of Anthony (all while in a pandemic!).
On the buying side, Dana found us a new property very quickly and got in an offer in immediately, which was crucial in this hot market.
We are very pleased with the hard work Anthony and Dana provided. They were both very responsive, knowledgeable and positive, a real pleasure to work with. As was the entire Kindred Team that worked behind the scenes to make the sale, purchase and escrow process run smoothly. They were always upbeat, appreciative and willing to go the extra mile, we are very happy clients!

Update two years later: Dana Pistilli helped us purchase a rental home several years ago. He made some very good recommendations and found us a wonderful townhome. The entire process went very smoothly, which was amazing since it was during the pandemic. Since then he's been there for us in helping to find quality renters. I can't say enough about our first home buying experience with Dana Pistilli. He is a stand-up person and we were lucky that he ended up being our agent. Dana is very knowledgeable and was always quick to respond about showings or any questions we had. He took the time to explain everything and looked out for us during the entire buying process. It further commanded the highest price in the neighborhood for comparable size and closed escrow within only 10 days. Dana Pistilli and the Kindred team was an amazing Realtor to work with in buying my new home. Really can't recommend Dana enough. Extremely professional, very consistent with follow up and has great knowledge of the San Diego County market. It took a good amount of legwork for Dana to land the house I ended up buying, but he had no problem with the additional work needed to close the deal. Even after closing escrow, he has been extremely responsive in helping with a variety of post-closing questions that I had which was extremely helpful as a first time home buyer.

If I know anyone in the San Diego County area that is looking to buy a new property, I will not hesitate to point them in the direction of Dana and Kindred Realty.

Kindred Reality Group was absolutely amazing. Every single team member was extremely knowledgeable and very professional; from staging and pre-listing, all the way up thru close of escrow. Kindred did an incredible job of marketing our house for a very quick sale, well above our asking price. We received 16 offers the very first day of listing, with most well above listing price. Our house sold and closed escrow in only 34 days. Whenever we had a question or concern, our reality team was always available and got back to us almost immediately, either by phone call, text, or email. We would like to give a special thanks to Anthony Montroy and Mike Soldani. When you research this team online and they represent as your “Real Estate Family”, they are spot on. Kindred set us up with Dana Pisitelli. Not only was the entire Kindred group helpful but Dana provide expert care of our entire transaction.
First, we had a couple complicated transactions that were related to housing inspections and VA financing. Dana and his group navigated these issues with high levels of professionalism and communication. We were never left in the dark and they were extremely accommodating which was important because we did not live in the area at the time of purchase.
Second, Dana and the Kindred group helped us find a great financing group that utilize Jerilyn Shaw, who I also recommend to anyone looking for a finance group that will really work for you.
Lastly, aside from being a great Realtor, Dana was a great person to work with. He was kind, enjoyable, and a true professional. I would highly recommend him.

Great agents, great website, great service. Our agent, Dana, was super knowledgeable about literally all of San Diego and always available to work around my 9-5 to see properties. I've heard nothing but good about their listing side, too. The friend who convinced me to use them raved about how fast they sold their house (in like two weeks) at $45,000 above what another agent had told them it would be worth. It's unfortunate they haven't focused on Google reviews, because they're highly rated on Yelp and Zillow already. Definitely recommend looking into them if you're buying or selling.
