Last year in 2019 we used David Sanchez services to sell our house and buy our new one. Unlike other realtors, David Sanchez is always there when you need him for any questions or anything else you need. He will do anything he can so you can achieve your goals. He’s a very respectful person and always has in mind what’s best for you. He tries to get the best interest on your loan and looks for the best paths you can take so it is the best overall deal you can make. Selling my house and buying my new one was a smooth and easy process with David Sanchez .He always tried protecting me and my interests through all the contracts he made and all the negotiations we had. If I ever need any other other realty services, David Sanchez is the realtor my family will use.

David is a awesome realtor and a even better person, while working with him he makes sure you feel like you’re his # 1 priority. He also makes sure to explain everything well and will answer any questions you have and if he can’t he will do is his best to find you that answer. He is also bilingual, and can communicate very well in both languages. Overall I would 100% recommend David to anyone, and will definitely go through him again if I decide to buy or sell in the future.
