David Scheid

David has been a real estate agent in Grand Rapids for over 25 years. After eight years with a large brokerage, he made the decision to become a broker and start Anchor Realty. Anchor was founded in December of 2006 and its growth, along with the commitment to his clients is what has kept him focused and motivated. Annually, David ranks in the top 5% in sales among all real estate agents in the Grand Rapids area. He attributes this success to his communication skills and availability to his clients. He prides himself on returning phone calls, emails, and texts within a very short period of time. His commitment to the clients he serves is always a priority.

When away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and their two children. As a family, they try and make the most of the seasons Michigan has to offer. They enjoy golfing, swimming, boating, college football and basketball, and relaxing at home.
