I first met David Schneider in December 2004 when he was the listing Realtor on a condo we purchased in Hollywood. After the purchase, David became our Realtor to find ‘seasonal’ renters. He was very successful in finding suitable tenants for 2 winter seasons. We then had David list the property for a yearly rental. David found us a wonderful tenant who stayed for many years until we chose to have David sell the condo in 2013. We listed the property with David in very difficult market, but he used every means available to find us a suitable buyer. I was part of the real estate industry for 30 years, as an attorney and mortgage executive. Because of this, I came into contact with hundreds of Realtors, and this has made me exceptionally qualified to judge! David Schneider is a dedicated, ethical, competent and hardworking Realtor who puts the interest of his clients first. I therefore wholeheartedly recommend him for any real estate needs you may have. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have crossed paths with David Schneider. I was referred to David by a business associate and I could tell very early on that David's work ethic went above and beyond that of other Realtors I have dealt with. From actually answering your calls/questions to good old fashioned just get the job done - that’s David for you! He just gets to it and the results speak for themselves. Finally when it came time to for David to sell my condo I can say it’s a great pleasure to know my unit sold for the highest price ever since the ‘housing crash’ when compared to similar units in the development.
