I am a dedicated agent who has been helping families make their best moves since 1984. I am also a licensed auctioneer in Kentucky and Ohio. I have always been a top producer and have a very large referral base and repeat business from grandparents, parents to second and third generations. Responding to people's needs in times of growing their families with more children than they have bedrooms. Newlyweds who are first-time buyers to downsizing for empty nesters. We hate to talk about it but I'm there to help in times of divorce, a family member's loss, and all of life's unfortunate times. I am married to April Schneider. We have been together since we were 17 years old and married since 1983. April works as a worldwide travel agent. My son Bobby and I own and operate Schneider Group RAI ( Realtors, Auctioneers, Investors ) under the Ken Perry Realty brokerage. We are supported by six other real estate agents in our group as well as two other auctioneers. April and I also have two daughters. Brittany and her husband Bobby are professional custom jewelers. Brittany and Bobby own Gem Steady in the San Francisco area of California. Elizabeth ( Betsy ) and her husband Dominic ( attorney ) are currently living in Barcelona, Spain. Betsy teaches English as a second language worldwide and Dominic works remotely in law. Having raised three beautiful children April and I are real empty nesters.
