I was fortunate enough to met David and have him as my realtor agent in search of my house in North East of Atlanta area.
My previous agent before him, has not been very good experience and lack of communication.

I met David through an inquiry I sent for a property, not knowing that inquiry has led to bunch of other realtors tried to have me as their client, but unlike the others only David that was not too aggressive sending out or calling my phone excessively. My gut was right!

At the beginning of the house hunt due my rather complicated join account loan situation, He advised me to give a try to apply under my own name and referred to me a financial/mortgage company and I successfully secured a loan with the company (Fairway Mortgage).

The house hunting process itself was rather quick and short enough, after less than a week we’ve found the perfect house for me and my wife. My offer was accepted at 1st attempt! But even though there are couple of hick ups on the process (Seller’s fault), in the end we came through all the issues, we managed to close and signed the agreement in about 40 days.

I highly recommend David for his professionalism, quick response time and all the advise he provided during the whole buying process from start to finish.

I recently listed and sold my house in Acworth and used David Seal as my agent. I interviewed 4 seller agents and found the best match with David. He was experienced, focused, attentive, responsive, and answered my questions clearly and willingly accepted my input. I felt like I was more than "just a listing." I was especially impressed by and grateful for his negotiation skills and knowledge to help me understand the process and my options, accept the best offer, and proceed to closing with minimal issues.

David listed my house on a Thursday. We had over 20 showings the first weekend, and 4 purchase offers. There was no need for an open house. This was a vacant rental property, fully renovated, and David's feedback was very beneficial. I plan to use him again when I sell my personal residence this next year.

We dealt with several other real estate agents at the beginning of our home search but once we started working with David, we quickly decided that he would be the one to help us ultimately find our new home. Throughout the process, David was professional, knowledgable, and did everything he could to make sure we were well advised on any home we considered buying.

There were several occasions when we found a house - or several - that we were interested in viewing and David scheduled them for us without hesitation in whichever timeframe best fit our schedule, often times on short notice. Let's not kid ourselves, moving is a pain; however, having someone like David in your corner can make a painful process much more enjoyable.

We have no intention of selling again in the near future, but if that day ever does come, David and his team will be the first call we make.

David was tremendous throughout the entire home buying process! I have limited accessibility due to the nature of my work but David was extremely accommodating. He was very prompt at returning phone calls/texts and answering questions. I really appreciated the consistent updates on where we were during each of the home buying phases and the negotiations we made were as painless as possible.
