David is able to do this by listening to his clients and asking the tough questions to see what really needs to be done in order to achieve his clients’ results. So when working with David and his team you will get much more than just an average Realtor, you will hire a person who knows that buying a home is a process, not an event and requires an expert with a proven system to help navigate these minefields in order to successfully win in the game of real estate.

Over David’s career, he has had had the opportunity of working with various types of clients, from a first-time buyer and seller to a seasoned home buyer and seller, foreclosures, short sales, and renters. And he has noticed that what makes him an expert in the systems and strategies that he has developed and implemented over his career that helps him be able to duplicate his results time and time again.


David grew up in South Texas in a city called McAllen Texas and developed his sales habit at the age of ten by tagging along with his father who was an exceptional business owner. David was introduced to the real estate industry through his Grand Parents Dimpsey and Shirley Lance who specialized in farm and ranch properties. Dimpsey and Shirley Lance where Texas licensed brokers in South Texas and it was here that David developed a passion for real estate.

In 2004 after attending the University of San Antonio, and later moved to Houston to pursue his career in Real Estate. David joined Keller Williams Realty. Armed with the knowledge supplied by his Grand Parents and a strong work ethic instilled in him by his parents Robert and Karon Smith, David started to cultivate a solid career in real estate.
