We started out w/FSBO as our method of downsizing from our home address in Darke County to another property in the vicinity of our extended family's residences in Clark/Champaign Counties. We found an interesting home and David Stevens was one of the listed real estate agents. He was exceptionally thorough in all phases of his help to us, but we maintained the FSBO process for our own home. He was always very punctual and very understanding of our basic requirements. At one of the many residences he toured with us, our keys got locked in our truck and, of course, our cell phones were locked in also. David used his expertise in helping us find a company that would come to the suburbs to help us out of our fix. Once our rescuers were on their way we fully expected he would (and should) go on with his next scheduled appointment; he stuck with us until we were back in our vehicle. Dave somehow manages to keep on top of everything without slighting the potential buyers at any time. Eventually we retained him to help us relocate, and he worked diligently to find the right property for us. David went above and beyond during the year long listing and sale of my mothers house. I live in Northern Kentucky and the house was in Fairborn, OH. In early 2014, He helped in getting quotes for repair, painting and carpet to get the house on the market. Then he periodically checked in on the progress until everything was complete. Then his normal job of listing and marketing the house started in spring 2014. Then the offers process in spring 2015. David helped again, rounding up quotes for repairs based on the Home Inspection. Not to mention the closing the beginning of summer 2015.
