David “Dave” Sweetman has been in the real estate profession for over 22 years. He began his careers as a Property Specialist before moving into the Loan/Lending spaces as a Loan Officer, Account Representative and Account Executive. For the past ten years he has specialized in Asset Management, focusing on negotiating bulk sales, individual buyer sales, real estate investments trusts and other institutional sellers in the US.
His passion for real estate is based in creating an experience that lets clients know that they do not just have an agent, they have a partner. “I always want to show my client that their needs come first. They come first, second and third,” Sweetman says. “At the conclusion of any engagement, I want them to know that they have a future partner with me and that, regardless of the outcome, The Beeman Group did all that we could.”
Dave’s expertise is to provide the customer with an experience that combines data and anecdotal information to develop an informed buying decision. A method that has served him and his clients very well.
Aside from his passion for real estate, Dave is a full-fledged sports fanatic who has played competitive soccer and basketball his whole life and also enjoys a good game on TV. He is also a dog lover who enjoys hanging out with his Golden Retriever.
