Dave was extraordinary in helping our family navigate the sale of the property. Being in another state, Dave did everything for us and gave us names to help us get the place ready. Then he timed the sale with such great precision, insisting we get certain things done first, and then once it went on market exactly one week later he had bidders competing for the property. We soon came to total trust Dave. Tremendous thank and appreciation.

I had the pleasant experience of working with Dave this past month. After moving my mother to her retirement condo, we were tasked with the responsibility of selling the home she lived in for most of the last 50 years.

I Google'd for an agent in the Saginaw area and came across Dave, read his bio and all the positive reviews. His many years of experience and his smiling photo left me with the feeling he was someone we could trust to sell the home I grew up in. He didn't disappoint! Dave was friendly, accommodating, efficient, responsive and five-star professional. We had an offer in a week and we sold the home to another family that will be able to make our family home theirs.
