David was born in Seattle and raised in the surrounding areas. He knows the weather, geography, neighborhoods, condominium projects, housing stock and location of every coffee house worth knowing about in the city. And he has opinions on all of it. Let David show you around, teach you about our neighborhoods and buy you a cappuccino.
Since 1989, David has helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes in the Seattle area. Initially, he worked almost exclusively with first time buyers who wanted to break into Seattle's market. As the value of the homes he sold, not to mention the median age of his clients, increased their urge to sell and buy again has also increased. Many of David’s first-time buyers are now second and third time buyers, and naturally sellers along the way.
David enjoys fixing up and preserving beautiful older homes. He is on his fourth and has collected a fine list of contractors and handymen along the way. Seattle has a fine heritage of wood frame housing dating back more than 100 years. David often works with buyers and sellers who share his interest in older homes and want to try their hands at making an old home shine once again.
All real estate agents must, by law, provide their clients with reasonable care and skill; obedience, good faith and loyalty; accounting and disclosure of material facts. When representing sellers, David owes these duties to the seller. When representing buyers, David owes these duties to the buyer. Please call or e-mail David if you would like to buy or sell. Rest assured that David will at all times ethically and diligently protect your interests.
