David Van Dam has been involved in real estate since 1996. He has personally acquired over 180 acres and divided and sold them into 25 different parcels. Through his real estate transactions, David has gained vast knowledge of land use, zoning and building requirements around the West Michigan area. David has also remodeled homes and contracted the construction of his own personal residence.
