Dave assisted our family in successfully navigating the complexities of selling and buying a new home. His professionalism and no pressure service allowed our family to be comfortable throughout the entire home buying journey in that we never felt pressured to make a decision that we were not comfortable with. Dave even was upfront on properties we looked at and told us why they may not be the best for our situation. He was very ethical and upfront and never pressured us to buy if it wasn't right for us or there were issues that he saw in the property.

Dave's expertise in the market and area also shone through in providing us options that we never would have considered. For example, Dave suggested at looking at new home builds...something we would likely never have done. His ability to seek out the best option for his customers is unparalleled.

Dave's friendliness and communication also was amazing. Dave always made himself available for questions or concerns that we had. He also was able to work as a mediator with our builder which helped us if there were issues that arose during home building process.

Finally Dave treated us with professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. He truly sought out solutions that were best for our 'specific case' and worked very hard to get us the best options/deal possible for our scenario.

I cannot thank Dave Vermillion enough for all the assistance he provided to our family in helping us find the house of our dreams. I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone else that is looking to buy or sell their home. Dave is the best agent I've ever used and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else.
