Meet David Walker
A Walsh College graduate with a Business Information Technology degree and former owner of a successful small business, David specializes in the sale of new and existing homes in Rochester, Rochester Hills, Oakland Township, and the surrounding areas. Prior to real estate David was a National Account Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company before becoming an entrepreneur by creating and running a multi-million dollar small business which David eventually sold before entering real estate.

David believes strongly that it is not only his duty to represent his clients to the best of his ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with top notched information and market insight, so that David’s clients make the best decisions possible. David is honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hard working and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry. A long time resident of Rochester Hills, David not only knows the community, he’s glad to share his knowledge. He has visited and researched almost every neighborhood and condominium complex in Rochester, Rochester Hills, and Oakland Township. David Believes in Giving Back
David is a firm believer in giving back and is particularly passionate about the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce. Volunteering and donating a great deal of time to the organization. He is an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce which is a volunteer group made up from the members that help out Chamber Staff. David is also a member of the Board of Directors and the past Chair for the Chamber’s Board in 2015. David is often asked to emcee the many Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies welcoming new businesses into the area when he is not presenting the ceremonial first dollar to the business on behalf of the Chamber. He has provided commentary for the Rochester Hometown Christmas parade televised on Rochester Hills TV for the last several years and facilitates the press conference at the annual Community Outlook Breakfast held at Oakland University along with a host of various other activities throughout the year.
In David’s Free Time
David loves to work on his own home, cook, exercise, and fish in his spare time. David has lived in Rochester Hills since 1987 with his wife, Kelly, daughter, Samantha.
