David Wright

David Wright, CCIM has over thirty-seven (37) years in commercial real estate experience and is currently handling the leasing and sales of over 950,000 square feet of office, industrial, retail and other commercial properties throughout the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan area.
David Wright, CCIM, GRI holds the national commercial real estate designation CCIM and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. He is also a member of the local Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR). He specializes in leasing and sales of all commercial properties and his leasing expertise includes low to high-rise office buildings, small to large industrial warehouses, small to medium sized retail centers and has vast experience in vacant land sales in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area, including a large number of leases and sales on the Northshore of New Orleans.
