Dawn Byrns

Dawn Byrns is a native Texan who graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Allied Health (Whoop!). She has 6+ years of experience in the real estate industry, where she spent most of her career in home warranty. Her extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and pools gives her clients piece of mind with the purchase of their home.

Dawn strives to be someone her clients can put their trust and faith in. She listens to her clients wants and needs to ensure they are happy and achieve their goals. Through her vast social media presence, marketing and negotiation skills, Dawn is well known in the industry and will do whatever it takes to ensure that the buying/selling process is fun, seamless, and stress-free. Dawn’s passion is helping people and real estate allows her to do that!

Outside of real estate, she spends her time working out, traveling, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with her husband and two dogs.
