I have known Dawn since 2004. I worked with Dawn and her staff to assist my Client with purchasing an Investment Property. Initially my Client wasn't sure if they would purchase in Maryland or DC and that is VERY helpful that Dawn is licensed in both states.

I was most impressed with their analysis of the properties my Client was deciding upon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Elite States, Dawn and her staff, as they went above and beyond.
