As a graduate of Capstone Institute in Marietta, GA, Dawn studied Mortgage Finance leading her to the inception of a successful mortgage firm in Florida. Her financial experience also extends previously with her Financial & Operations Principal license, where she oversaw one of the largest Independent Broker Dealers in the State of Florida. Dawn’s wide array of educational background as a graduate also includes the studies of Business, Marketing, Industrial Electronics and Criminal Justice.

Known in her multitude of Market Industries, by her clients and colleagues, for her perseverance, honesty and fairness, Dawn exhibits a stellar reputation for timely responses and personal dedication to each client’s needs and concerns. The result of this consummates professionalism and is portrayed in her extensive portfolio of referrals from previous and present clients.

Dawn’s knowledge of the Space Coast area goes back to the age of five when her family was transferred to Patrick Air Force Base; she has been a long time resident of this little piece of paradise ever since.
