Dawn Dewitt

Dawn DeWitt is a realtor working under Broker Alan Powell with Red Clay Properties and is part of the team “Traditions Real Estate Group”. Dawn DeWitt is married to Craig DeWitt who is a licensed Real-Estate Appraiser. Dawn explains that “although many people shy away from working with their spouse, they gain energy when helping each other in their businesses and he brings an expertise and perspective to their group”. Dawn is the mother of two amazing children Elijah and Delaney. Dawn received her Real-Estate license in 2003 as well as her Bachelors in Instructional psychology at the University of Georgia. Creating an atmosphere of care, customer service, knowledge and professionalism is the foundation of Dawn’s career allowing her to work with first time home buyers and sellers, those who are experienced buyers and sellers, investors, those who choose to build a home, relocations, non-conforming and commercial properties, and many other aspects of Real-Estate. Dawn believes in giving back to the community by volunteering her time at Church, Relay for Life, and is a Board Member for the Jackson Co. Boys and Girls club.
