Dawn Dyer is President and co-founder of Dyer Sheehan Group, Inc. Ms. Dyer has an extensive background in real estate investment analysis and finance. She is a California licensed Real Estate Broker with forty years of experience in the California market.
While she is based in Ventura County, Dawn has four decades of brokerage experience throughout Southern and Central California, and nationwide. She is detail oriented, a strong communicator, and passionate about the value of real estate as a foundation for financial security and building community.
Ms. Dyer’s experience includes analyzing and marketing multi-family properties, NNN leased properties, land for development, and other real estate investment opportunities. Under her direction, Dyer Sheehan Group, Inc. conducts real estate market research that is published in the University of California Santa Barbara - Economic Forecast Project’s annual Economic Outlook publications, and other Economic Outlook publications.
Ms. Dyer provides expert witness testimony on real estate issues and has been a guest speaker on real estate investment and development topics. She provides land use consulting and development services to a wide range of clients including: private property and business owners, investors, local and national homebuilders, schools, universities, cities and other public agencies.
