I've had the pleasure of working with and getting to know Dawn through her contracting my cleaning company to clean houses for her clients. I've reached out to her personally with questions about renovations and how money spent will increase the value of my home. She is very knowledgeable and I value her opinion. Dawn even asked me if I had thought about refinancing when rates were low as well as suggested a few lenders. We are now talking about what it would look like to get into an investment property and i couldn't be more excited. Dawn is someone I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, professional, knowledable, and genuine individual to help them on there real estate journey.

First off if I could do more than 5 stars I would! Dawn was such an amazing realtor. I seriously could not have asked for anyone better. She went above and beyond so many different times. She was super responsive and sent us homes as soon as they popped up. She really understood our needs and didnt show us anything we couldnt afford. It's a crazy time right now with real estate but she adapted and made the process as easy as home buying could be. And let's talk about Dawn knowing her stuff! She knew what she was talking about and it showed. She stuck with our budget and in the end we found the perfect place to call home.

Dawn has been outstanding from day one and well beyond the closing date. This is my second time buying a home and this entire experience was night and day from my first purchase. She has been extremely attentive to what I wanted in a home. My budget was invariably respected and she was eager to dig into each property to see if I was getting the best value for my money. All avenues were presented to me when putting in offers in such a competitive market. Dawn is truly remarkable when it came to the ups and downs of the home buying process and offered me genuine support when I didn’t even know I needed it. She kept me focused and positive in all respects. Dawn presented me a home that I had before passed up but urged me to just take a look because it checked almost all my boxes. I am so thankful I trusted her expertise because I absolutely fell in love with the home. She meticulously navigated through all the steps after the offer was accepted and communicated with my lender punctually. I never felt overwhelmed or uninformed. I truly felt like her top priority and I can't recommend her enough!
