Dawn and her team made my experience as a first time home buyer phenomenal! I felt like I was given information, resources, and much needed guidance at every stage of the process. We've used Dawn for 3 sales and 2 purchases over 5 years. We even recommended her to family, and I don't know of a better review than that. Her team is professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Sellers, Dawn will bring as much attention to your listing as possible. She uses professional staging, photography and video, including 3D and drone footage and it brings results. At the time of our listing, a comparable house, 2 doors down, had already been on the market for months. We listed above the comps, had multiple viewings daily, multiple offers and accepted one on the third week for full asking price. By comparison, the other house remained on the market for another three months and only sold after two price reductions, well below our price per square foot. It’s important that you follow her repair and staging advice. Don’t hire her, ignore her recommendations and then say it’s not working. She will sell your house regardless, but it will be faster, easier and more profitable if you follow her lead. I've tried it both ways and I'll tell you, just make the repairs and do the staging. Buyers, Dawn was just as valuable with the purchase process. We sought new construction, she knew the area and the builders working it. She gave us sound advice, the pros and cons of every option we considered and looking back, her advice proved to be correct. If you’re looking for a Realtor in the Houston market, Dawn is absolutely worth your time. I highly recommend her.

We would without hesitation endorse Dawn. Whe have had Dawn in our home several times over the years to solicit advice about what our best options would be in selling our home. Dawn has always been upfront with us and actually told us the home just wasn't ready to sell a few years back. We recently asked her to come back out and she was happy with a few things we had done and also gave us a few suggestions on what we should to do get the house ready to sell. We took Dawn's advice and did everything she asked of us and currently our home is under contract. The house was shown 18 times over about a 3 week period and we entertained multiple offers before choosing the one that is currently pending. When deciding to sell our home, we interviewed multiple agents and just were not comfortable with moving forward with any of them. Luckily, Dawn came recommended from a co-worker after sharing our frustration with the co-worker, and we are glad we called Dawn! Dawn is professional, knowledgable, responsive, thorough, and has an incredible support team that helps you through the home selling/buying process.
