Dawn has well-rounded experience in real estate as a licensed sales agent and a background working alongside her husband, Lee Handler, president of Outstanding Homes, a high-end custom home building and remodeling company. Her experience across all sectors of the home building and renovation spectrum, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the local Westchester real estate market, make her a valuable partner her clients.

Having worked extensively with specialty subcontractors, inspected job sites and negotiated contracts, Dawn established the best network of contacts in the industry and has been exposed to residential real estate transactions in Westchester on the buy and sell sides. She is known for her savvy negotiating skills, honed as an award-winning Director of Sales at a major telecommunications communications firm, and her genuine warmth and caring that shine through in all she does.

Dawn enjoys a respected reputation her ability to connect with people, find common ground, and close the deal while building trust-inspired relationships. These skills have positioned her well to navigate intricate real estate transactions and move them forward in a positive, collaborative way.

Her understanding of what goes into a quality home is complemented by her personal insights as the purchaser, renovator, and seller of three homes in the Heathcote area of Scarsdale she has resided in with her husband and three children. An active, involved mother in her local community, Dawn is active on the PTA and has a wealth of familiarity with children’s activities, family recreation and camps.
