Dawn is passionate about making your home buying or selling experience not only as stress free as possible, but also fun! Her personal experience of buying and/or selling twelve homes in six different states gives her the ability to understand and empathize with her clients who are relocating to a different state, or just across town. Before beginning her career at Baird & Warner, Dawn’s list of previous occupations were as a administrative assistant in a nuclear engineering research facility, a wife, a stay at home mom, a transcriber of home inspections for a leading home inspector, and as a teacher/moderator home schooling her two children. She has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1985 and has two married adult children and three grandchildren. She has lived in the Hoffman Estates area since 1999 and is active in her church and community. Some of her favorites are a good book, the beach, cycling (both pedal and motor), exploring, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She has consistently been one of the top ten agents of the Schaumburg office since 2009 and has been the top single agent office producer since 2015. She has trained for the Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Pricing Strategy Analysis (PSA), Certified Staging Consultant (CSC), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certifications to aid her clients in achieving the best pricing on their home sale or purchase. She is also a member of the Baird & Warner Relocation Team, the E-Business Team, and the Military on the Move Program.
