Dawn Mitchell

Dawn Mitchell has worked as a broker for more than 17 years. Before this, she worked for a developer in Chicago, Illinois. She works on a team with her husband, Steve Mitchell, out of Fathom Realty’s Village at Meridian office.

Dawn has been on the relocation team of brokers, and deeply enjoys assisting people who are relocating to Boise, Eagle and Meridian. She’s lived in Idaho more than 28 years and raised a family with grown children who attended grade school and college in Boise. She and Steve specialize in all types of clients – from first-time home buyers to those looking for assisted living facilities for the next chapter!

One thing that sets Dawn apart from other brokers is her experience with new construction – she’s worked with Stetson Homes for over 15 years. She is experienced in all facets of new construction, from reading building plans and researching building lots to color selections and reputable subcontractors. Some new construction areas she often works in include Legacy, Syringa, Settlers Bridge, Graywoods, and more to come! Currently we are building in Mandalay Ranch in Caldwell and have lots available for your custom Stetson Home!

Dawn’s clients work with her because she is extremely organized, knowledgeable and available. She strives for excellence and has maintained a spot within the top 10 percent of Idaho realtors in production level for the past 13 years. Dawn has been in the business long enough that she has been lucky enough to help up to three generations (in more than one family!) find their perfect home.

Dawn’s interests include yoga, decorating, gardening and cooking the food she grows. She also enjoys bike riding and walking her dog. Her ideal weekend away would be spent in Sun Valley, Idaho.
