She is attentive, patient, kind, gracious, and unobtrusive. She is more interested in you finding the right home for you than in simply closing a deal. She is responsive like no other realtor I know. It wasn't easy because it meant bringing the rental apartment up to code; and with a death in my family, we were out of town when the contractor began work, so Dawn used her own money to get the work started! I think Dawn wanted us to get this house as much as we did, so she was available all the time. She really needs to get a life--but I am so glad she was so available to us 24/7. Dawn is absolutely fantastic. From the first day I interviewed her she had a spark of interest in my home, was totally prepared and excited to work with us. If you want to go slow, don't pick Dawn because she's ready to go and move your property. Within two days of the MLS being posted, my home was on all the big internet real estate sites. Her photographer did a fantastic job with pictures and music video, it was so cool! Before the week was over she had thousands of beautiful flyers sent out and the open house scheduled by week end. I never once had to wait for a reply. She called me at least once a day and often I'd call her. She always answered, on a ski lift, out to dinner, watching a movie with her family, she was always there for us. I've been in a customer service oriented business for 35 years.
