About Dawn

Accidentally “falling into” real estate in 1999 was one of the best things that has ever happened to Dawn. She loves it! Why has Dawn been a Top Boise Real Estate Agent since 1999?? Because she loves what she does, and she thinks that is the secret. Dawn loves a challenge and achieving goals; she loves running and growing a business. Being creative – finding newer and better ways to provide her clients with the absolute best real estate service available – this gives Dawn joy! She absolutely loves to see her clients so happy from a job well done!

She earned her degree while attending on an athletic scholarship for cross country and track at Cal State Fullerton and was a high school teacher for 7 years in Orange County, CA. Although she demands the best from herself and those she works with, Dawn still loves to have fun and laugh in the process. She is constantly taking courses and earning real estate designations to be the best she can be for her clients. Dawn has earned the GRI realtor designation, ABR, CSP, ASP, CHMS, SRS designation and she is an Associate Broker.

Dawn’s favorite kind of day is a sweltering day in the summer on the lake with her family or good friends. Soaking up the warm sun and just relaxing, wake boarding, and laughing! Dawn loves real estate because she gets to put her skills to work to help people, plus she loves a challenge and achieving goals for both her and her clients!
