Of all the things a real estate agent does for you, the most difficult comes from coordinating all the people and moving pieces so you ultimately have a stress-free experience. Whereas most agents have to learn this type of planning, coordination and execution “on the job,” Dawn had the benefit of being trained by Disney to do exactly these things as they built Celebration. It was Dawn’s responsibility to be fully informed about all major developments as they were happening (and sometimes even before they happened!) and communicate those to their potential home buyers. In order for your home buying or selling process to go smoothly, you need an agent who can see the forest through the trees at all times and Dawn was fortunate enough to be trained by one of the world’s most successful companies to do exactly that!

Dawn’s grandfather and her work with Disney were by far the two greatest influences on her approach to real estate. Dawn’s grandfather always preached to her family that, “if you own land, you’re rich.” Having a place that was your own was the way to cement and grow your family’s future. Disney’s creation of Celebration taught her what makes for a successful community beyond the four walls of your own house.
