Dawn Waver

I am a Rochester native. I attended RL Thomas High School in Webster, where I currently live with my husband of over 35 years. I am the proud mother of three grown boys. When I am not working, I enjoy cooking (especially meals from my Italian heritage), spending time with my family, gardening, and travel. I volunteer in our community as well as our parish. I am a NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. I attended St. Bonaventure University and graduated from St. John Fisher College. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I enjoyed a highly successful 30-year career in Marketing, holding management and executive level positions at Xerox Corporation, ITT Exelis and Harris Corporation. Many of the skills I acquired are easily leveraged in marketing real estate. Juggling multiple priorities, having a strong work ethic, adapting to changes in the marketplace and exceeding customer expectations are important skills I bring to my clients. I am committed to taking the time to listen to each clients’ individual needs and working diligently to help them reach the best possible outcome.
