Dawn Wilson is absolutely wonderful to work with! Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. I am a first time home buyer and Dawn made buying a house such a breeze! Dawn helped me every step of the way and provided me with all the resources/information I needed. Dawn is an incredible negotiator and was able to persuade the seller to replace the roof; which is a HUGE accomplishment in this market (2021)!! On both of my homes, she was able to get the sellers to pay for new roofs. On my recent home, the offer that Dawn constructed was more appealing to the seller than other offers that were offering more money

As first-time homebuyers, Dawn was the guide that we needed to navigate a difficult market! She walked us through every step of the journey from day 1, explaining all of the paperwork that comes with making an offer and setting up a portal for us to see listings. From then on, she was ALWAYS available (not an exaggeration). Nearly every time we would ask to see a house, she got us in there the same day. She showed us all of the red flags to look for in a house and was very knowledgeable about all of our questions, and the ones she couldn't answer, she knew someone who could. When it came down to making offers, Dawn was never pushy about my reservations of our budget and helped us craft highly competitive offers. After our last offer was accepted, she orchestrated everything so that we could easily close on time. In the end, we wound up with a home that is perfect for us, and that is mostly down to Dawn. This was my first experience as a home buyer during the most challenging and competitive time in the market of 2021. However, my realtor Crystal Burnett was phenomenal! She was very professional, attentive, and transparent. She advocates for her clients and was able to raise questions/concerns that I did not think to ask. She was very knowledgeable and resourceful. Dawn was my realtor when I was looking to relocate from Long Beach CA to Delaware. She worked with me long distance and was very helpful in showing me properties in safe neighborhoods. Coming from out of state I did not know what to expect but Dawn showed me homes all over Pike Creek, Hockessin and Newark. She showed me many homes and when we finally found the right one she helped us negotiate. I am very happy to have had her and her team on my side.
