Dawn's real estate career began with a homebuilder in Milwaukee, WI, where she served as the VP of Marketing. In 2006, Dawn and her husband relocated to Cornelius, North Carolina, where Dawn founded a marketing consulting business. She spent 10 years serving clients throughout various industries.

Dawn transitioned back into the world of real estate in 2017 where she was recognized by the Charlotte Observer as a "Rising Star in Real Estate." Dawn also earned rookie of the year honors and has consistently been recognized every year as a top producer. Dawn's staging and marketing expertise give her sellers an incredible advantage over the competition while her extensive knowledge of waterfront properties is a valuable asset to both sellers and buyers alike.

Dawn has personally undertaken several home renovation projects throughout the years. Dawn has served on the family advisory council at Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital and currently resides on the lake in Mooresville with her husband, two girls, and golden retriever.
