DAWN ZERVANOS

Ms. Zervanos is a licensed real estate professional and a NALA certified paralegal in Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Public Policy, and also has associates degrees in Business Administration and Paralegal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College.

Dawn has been a resident of Central Pennsylvania for over 25 years, raising her family in the Lower Paxton area. She has volunteered for numerous organizations throughout the years, but the American Cancer Society and other cancer related organizations are her passion as advocacy and education are very important in early detection and cure of cancer.

Integrity and loyalty are very important virtues for Dawn, both personally and professionally. She will bring these qualities to the table when helping you with your real estate needs. She is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Her certification for Paralegal (CP) is through the National Association of Legal Assistants.
