Dawna Gauthier

Honesty and thoroughness are what you get when you work with Dawna. Between her 22 years in banking and 16 years in Real Estate, Dawna is very well versed in negotiation and contracts. Her caring nature makes her upfront and honest with her clients regarding all aspects of the real estate transaction – good and bad. Dawna also specializes in the new construction process and is passionate about interior design and decorating.

Dawna currently resides in Windham, NH with her husband and 3 adorable Maltese puppies. After her lengthy career in banking, she decided to get into real estate because of the ability to spend more time with family and work doing something she is more passionate about.
