I have done four deals with Day and have found them to be the easiest and smoothest transactions I have ever had in real estate. She is on top of technology and uses it to make her job easier and my experiences better. I think that every agent should have mortgage company experience like she does as the understanding of the mortgage system made each transaction easier as well. Also, although I have no experience with short sales, I know that she was one of the first in the valley to do them, putting her miles ahead of the rest. The next time I have a real estate transaction, she gets my business.

I can not say enough good things about Day as my personal realtor ,I have purchased many homes in the Vegas Valley over the past 10 years and recently was introduced to Day . The first time I met her I told her of my needs and wants in the next home that I was going to purchase, within 24 hours she went above and beond to get me some homes to look at and we made an offer on the first one she took me to and not only did I buy the home but her negotiating skills we awesome , she went to bat for me and I actually got it cheaper that I expected.. as you can see she is a great realtor to have on your side..
