About Dea
As a Palo Alto native and longtime Alamo resident, Dea’s knowledge of the area and its real estate is unparalleled. She is known for her ability to quickly build trust with her clients and guide them toward rewarding outcomes. She also has excellent listening skills and bring an analytical approach to The Agency’s Alamo office.
Dea has been in real estate since 2002 and continuously strives to become a more knowledgeable, communicative, and organized agent with every transaction. Whether a client is looking for their first or forever home, she is passionate about helping them find the perfect match. She is intuitive and meticulous and after years in the finance world, she is a self-proclaimed numbers person and love researching various neighborhoods and finding comparable sales to best serve her clients. Dea also excels in preparing properties for sale, so they are presented in their best light.
After studying Business Economics and Spanish at the University of California at Santa Barbara and the University of Salamanca in Spain, she spent two years working for a Spanish company in Madrid and traveling throughout Europe. It was there that she fell in love with architecture and the intricacies of the design and building process. Upon returning to the United States, Dea worked for investment banking companies in San Francisco, and now brings an understanding of numbers and analysis to real estate.
When she is not representing clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with girlfriends, interval training, tending to the family dogs and cats, reading, repurposing space in existing homes—she is known to spend hours sketching floor plans—and fixing and flipping homes. Dea is fluent in Spanish and proudly support Meals on Wheels, The Danville Children’s Guild and the SPCA.
