Dean is fantastic! We were moving from a different state, with small children, and lots of stress. Our search, due in part to distance, took almost a year, and he was encouraging and on the ball the entire step of the way. He also helped us sell a house we already owned in IL that we weren't interested in moving back to. That process was quick and efficient also! Dean always stayed connected and viewed houses for us when we couldn't make it to town. He listens. This, I have found in our many moves and home purchases, is one of the most important things you could have in an agent. He learns your wants and needs, as well as your dislikes.
