I've never met a realtor who goes so far beyond the norm in working for his client as Dean Leduc. As a seller who lived out of state, I found him to be indefatigable in taking the reins to do whatever was necessary to get my property ready to show and sell for the best price. Although my condo association had many restrictions that were roadblocks for sales, Dean navigated the difficulties and remained tenacious until the sale was complete. He is a partner in the process who works for the best interests of his client.

Dean provides excellence in customer service! He thoroughly researches each property, the surrounding area and market; he doesn’t sell you a property just to close a deal. Dean is trustworthy; he focuses on long-term relationships and ensuring you buy the right property at the right price.
We have confidence in Dean, his contract and ‘fine print’ review and his recommendations. You are hard pressed to find a better realtor.
