She was able to negotiate an offer letter for us the same day we saw our house and it was accepted the very next day! Dean and his team did an excellent job selling our home. We were amazed at the quality of the photos and video they took of our home. And their ability to generate traffic was unbelievable! In a little over seven days their online advertising and social media presence led to over 3,000 unique on-line viewings of our listing. Wow, our realtor Carmina Johansson, I can’t even put into words how much my husband and I appreciate everything she has done for us. If I told you exactly how good they were, you'd probably think it was too good to believe, but they did greatly exceed my expectations. For one, they sold our house lightning fast in the height of a COVID restricted market, and we sold it above the asking price. The essence of the quick success had much to do with their staging team, which is run by Julie Peterman, who is truly a master and possibly a genius. Peter Cuomo, our agent who sold our old home and helped buy our new home, had his crew pre-inspect and remove any issues that could have been a hurdle. Peter, with his incredible knowledge and experience, was also able to find and resolve a major problem in our new home that would have cost us in the order of tens of thousands down the road if not detected. His work with the other agents on all issues were excellent. Its no wonder why he is ranked near the top amongst hundreds of agents. I will not be able to consider another team after this experience with Peter and Julie.

This was my 4th experience either buying or selling a property and this by far was the best experience of them all. Nicole was truly amazing. She had 6 scheduled showings for our house within 2 or 3 days of it officially being listed! We had ONE open house on the Saturday 4 days after it hit the MLS. The open house started at 1pm. By 1:30 we had our 1st (one of 3 we ended up with) offer 10k over asking. We ended up with 3 official offers. We accepted and were in Escrow 3 days later. Escrow went smooth as silk, zero issues. Nicole actually helped us stage the house herself, and was on top of EVERYTHING the entire time. Our neighbors were so impressed that 2 of them actually wanted Nicole to come talk to them about selling their house. Word of advise if you are a seller: LET THEM STAGE YOUR HOUSE! Listen to their suggestions and do them. We didn't do a ton of things, but everyone made a difference. You rock Nicole!

As first time homebuyers, we started looking for houses in North Tustin on our own when we crossed paths with realtor April O'Dell Nugent at an open house. We feel extremely lucky to have done so! We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but April knew the market so well, she was able to help inform and guide us. She was patient, diligent, and extremely knowledgeable. She took us to dozens of open houses, always seemed to know as soon as a house in which we might be interested went up for sale, and guided us through the whole process. Finally, after months of searching, April saw the house of our dreams go on the market and made sure we were the first ones in. By the next day, our offer was accepted! April ensured that we had a smooth experience through escrow and helped us to be extremely thorough when dealing with the inspection process. I can't sing Carmina Johannson's praises and those of the O'Dell Group enough! They were absolutely fantastic - extremely efficient, friendly and practical, and gave great advice. Anything we needed, Carmina and her team were there, from prepping and staging the house, to dealing with renos and clearing things out of the house, to the sale. The staging, photography and marketing were so good that it sold the first weekend! Carmina's patience and expertise were incredible. It was a difficult time for my family because of my father's death, but she was with us every step of the way.
