About Dean

Dean Tridente, CEO of the Tridente Company, is an award-winning realtor serving Cape May and Atlantic Counties. He lives in Ocean City with his wife, Rachael, and their children Corrado (CJ) and Mia.

Dean has spent much of his life in Ocean City, where his parents, aunts and uncles own several pizzerias and other food establishments on the famous boardwalk. The son/grandson of Italian immigrants, his family pursued their American Dream in the 1960s, settling in a 1-bedroom apartment in Jersey City. After working various factory jobs, they eventually bought their first pizzeria in North Bergen. Shortly after discovering Ocean City, and thanks to their hard work and sacrifice, the family relocated to “America’s Greatest Family Resort” and opened their many pizza businesses across the boardwalk.

Growing up in a resort town and slinging pizza behind a 550-degree oven by the age of 14, Dean quickly learned the meaning of hard work. A graduate of Ocean City High School, class of 2003, Dean decided to forge his own path and attended Rowan University to pursue a career in education. He started his teaching career at Egg Harbor Township Schools in 2008.

In 2014, Dean married his wife, Rachael, who graduated from West Chester University and worked as an RN before receiving her master's degree in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. She currently works as a nurse practitioner for a private practice.

In 2016, Dean earned his realtor’s license and worked for a small brokerage in Ocean City called ‘Down the Shore Realty’. The broker, John LaRosa, was the “family realtor” and had over 30 years of experience. Dean chose to work there because he knew John to be a kind and ethical man and he wanted a more intimate learning experience. He felt that it was better to be a small fish in a small pond as opposed to a tiny fish in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

At the end of 2017, Dean won his first Circle of Excellence Award for sales. Dean attributed his early success to having a large “sphere of influence”. Spending his entire life on the boardwalk, working in education and Rachael’s contacts in the medical field had set Dean up for early success. As John crept closer to retirement, Dean joined Keller Williams Realty in Ocean City.

Fast forward 4 years later and Dean has seen his business grow every year– and just had a career year in the middle of a world-wide pandemic. Without spending a dollar on personal advertising, Dean realized that he could serve more people, while continuing to provide his clients with the best possible service, if he hired and trained more agents. This led to the formation of the Tridente Company. Utilizing his contacts and experience in the film/media industry, Dean employs private contractors who provide high-end media and digital marketing services to offer his clients much more than the average realtor.
