Deanna and her team were always professional and on top of things. Her experience and knowledge are unmatched. Throughput the home buying process, Deanna patiently showed us numerous homes before we found the one that was meant to be. But it wouldn't have happened with her assisting us through the buying process, all of the way from the initial offer, to negotiating repairs, to putting us in contact with other trusted professionals (lender, contractors, insurer, and the like). Gets the job done
Deanna,
Has great communication skills. Hard working, trust worthy and caring. Trusting someone to sell my house was very hard for us to do.
My husband and I lived in our home for over 19yrs. We built ,& remodeled several rooms in our home. This home was well taken care of.
She does her best to insure that everyone is happy. She has connections with everyone you may need for repairs. We are thankful we hired Deanna to sell our home. I am happy to call her friend. She gets the job done.
BTW- she sold two properties for us. Both in under a month.

After weeks of stressing over getting our house ready to list, we were so pleased to find someone like Deanna who could take the reigns and lead us through the sales process. It's a seller's market, so things happen quickly. Deanna knew how to deal that and how to streamline things so we got multiple offers quickly. After accepting an offer, she patiently calmed my nerves and guided us through the inspection, etc. and 'had a guy' to help with last minute repairs. Highly recommend.

The Best Realtor to work with!
