Deanna was more than extremely helpful. Very Military Friendly, I was on another Coast and she ALWAYS had a quick response despite the time difference. She answered or referred me to the right person for every question. She FaceTimed us through every walk through which helped buying a house 2500 miles away. She made the whole process smooth and I will continue to recommend her to everyone moving to the area.

My house was sold in Suffolk VA while I lived and worked in Japan thanks to Deanna's dedication, hard work and a never give up attitude. There was some bumps on the sell (none of which were Dianna's fault) mainly ex-wife issues. Dianna was fearless and worked multiple hours in the day to get the job done. I seldom leave a review but I want other people to have the same great experience that I had. I did a lot of research on realtor’s and came across Deanna. The best move I made was choosing her. She guided me through the process of selling my home and it was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. I know some are hesitant to believe reviews but trust me I don’t leave a review unless they have earned it and she has definitely earned 5 gold stars! Absolute Rockstar.

Very helpful, quick to respond, always available and had answers at hand or was happy to seek them out. Buying was quick, painless and easy even in the current rapidly paced market - but selling my old place was even quicker! It was quite run down but it sold in less than 3 days.

If you have a house to sell contact Deanna.
If you want to buy a house contact Deanna.
If you have neither then find a good money tree and THEN buy and sell some houses with Deanna.

Have you ever wished you had a realtor Who would look for an investment property as if he/ she themselves were buying it? That is what you get when you work with Deanna. My brother in law recommended her as he worked with her before and had good experience. Deanna gave input on our research, pulled up stats that We asked for, provided feedback on rental ability. Helped us compare and contrast. She Didn’t hesitate to show me multiple homes and multiple times . Due to covid, I never actually saw this property I bought and relied on Deanna’s eyes. All the way from home inspection to contract, everything went smooth. She was a God sent, I could not have gotten a better realtor.
