As the co-owner of MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE TEAM, I specialize in 1st time Buyers/Relocation's and with New Builds. I am a RE/MAX Hall of Fame member, consistently ranking in the top 5% WORLD WIDE in volume of transactions.

My expertise is finding properties that can be fixed up and flipped or rented. I network with dozens of contractors that are experts in their fields, who in turn pass on savings to anyone that throw out my name.

My team employs state of the art marketing, that sell homes faster with an overall greater net to the Seller! I am laid back and nonabrasive in my approach, yet I am very aggressive in my negotiations for my clients.
