Most folks don't know that an Agent doesn't have to have listings to be in business. In Michigan it's about REPRESENTATION. A Realtor can be representing buyers and have no listings at all and still be a busy working Agent. I am accomplished at helping sellers as well!! Again, it's all about you and representing your needs, best interests and goals.
On that note, I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) having passed the extensive courses and training on representation and negotiating on a buyers behalf in order to achieve this special designation. This training also applies to representing SELLERS as negotiating is tackled on both sides of a transaction. I have listed and sold hundreds of properties since 2001.
