I recently purchased a home in the Church Hill area of Richmond, VA, and I cannot emphasize enough how smoothly and easily the process was with the help of Deb Orth, with Coach House Realty. She is professional, competent, efficient, and made me feel as though I was her only client during the entire experience. Any questions or needs I had were answered and met immediately with referrals to equally amazing professionals and agencies, including the mortgage and closing companies, home inspectors, and home repair companies. When I was ready to make an offer, which occurred 3 times in this current market with bidding wars , she was prepared literally within minutes for my virtual signature, with strong, creative, and fair offers. Utilizing her years of experience as a realtor and broker, she throughly researched each property with comps, pros and cons, and the need for potential repairs , to allow me to make an informed decision.
