Having been in the business since 20023, growing up and raising my family here in Tennessee for the past 50+years, I have seen this area grow into the thriving community it has become.
One of my absolute favorite parts of my job is working with first time home buyers. The excitement is contagious. I love when I see the spark in their eyes as they walk in to "THE" home and it registers with them that this is "the one" I am devoted to using my expertise to make your transaction successful! Purchasing a home is a very important decision. I would like to help you with honest, accurate information so you can make well-informed decisions regarding the purchase of your home.
Growing up in Clarksville means that I have lived in a military community for most of my life. I love our military families and realize that it's not just the soldier that serves our country, it is the entire family that makes the sacrifices. It has been my honor and privilege to work with many military families in the sale or purchase of a home. Being able to serve these families is such an honor. Moving is always stressful, but when the move is not your decision and not in the time-frame you chose, it can be especially difficult. I do everything in my power to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Another thing I love about my career is helping people build their new home. From choosing the builder, the plan and lot, to securing financing and picking out the selections that go into the new home, I am here to hold your hand. It doesn't have to be a daunting task. I have years of experience working with builders and contractors and can make the process just as easy as buying home that is already completed. As a new construction specialist, my goal is to make this process easier for you.
In addition to my Real Estate business, I can be found spending lots of time with my family. Having both my parents and siblings close by affords me the opportunity to spend quality time with them and their families as well. Both my son and daughter are adults now and nothing beats the relationship you can have with you adult children, watching them and helping them navigate the road to adulthood. In addition to this, I love to learn. I can quite often be found listening to podcasts or audio books as I walk and enjoy nature. I enjoy spending time around water as it relaxes me. Whether it is visiting my daughter in Florida or walking at the marina, I find that I am much more productive and focused when I all nature to work its magic on me.
