We had never sold a house and we wanted to sell our mom’s house quickly because she went into a nursing home. Debbie met with us the next day for a walkthrough and to explain the process. She already had comps pulled! Debbie told us what we should focus on changing for a quick sale. The changes were only about $3k and she had trusted vendors to refer us to and helped us negotiate the price. The house went on the market and she did 50 showings over two days/open houses. We got 18 offers and accepted one! Then, the next day our mom passed away, prior to closing. Debbie helped navigate this process as closing was delayed due to probate. She kept the buyer interested so they didn’t back out. Debbie was very compassionate during this difficult time. Throughout the whole process, she was professional and had great communication. We will use her again when we sell our own home. Thank you for everything, Debbie!
