Debbie Deleon

Having had the privilege of living in Charleston, South Carolina since the summer of 1998, I have grown to love it's beauty, charm and character. I met my husband while I was studying Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University and were married a few short years later. We welcomed our only son together, Alex in 2007 completing our family of five. In 2014 I started my career in Real Estate and began as a New Homes Consultant with a local builder. Two years later I transitioned to a larger developer that has communities all over the southeast. As the highest grossing agent in my final year there I sold almost 10 million dollars in real estate. In 2018 I left new construction and joined Realty One Group Coastal. I have helped a wide range of clientele, from first time buyers, military service members, first responders and retirees. My passion is to help other families like mine that have a child/children with Autism or any other Special Needs sell or buy a home. Realty One Group Coastal has such an amazing group of people and I've cherished the wealth of knowledge and experience that I have gained. The most fulfilling part of my job is helping my clients find their dream homes.
